Who are we
The Rose Jarvis Ministries Transformation Center exists to educate, empower, and equip children, youth, families, and communities with the knowledge and confidence needed to prevent exploitation before it begins.
Rather than waiting to respond after lives have been broken, we are building stronger individuals who know their identity, protect their dignity, and walk confidently toward a brighter future.

Dr. Jarvis states,
“Everyone has untapped potential lying dormant within them that is far superior to any condition or circumstance.” Jarvis is an absolute believer that all lives can be changed through the teaching and preaching of God’s word when it is applied across all areas of our lives.
Our Prevention Model
Human trafficking is the problem we are fighting.
Identity is the solution we are building.
We believe the strongest defense against human trafficking begins long before exploitation occurs.
Traffickers often prey upon those who feel unseen, unloved, rejected, isolated, or without purpose. Our mission is to help children, youth, and adults discover who they are, understand their God-given worth, recognize danger, establish healthy boundaries, and develop the confidence and practical skills needed to protect their freedom.
Our goal is not simply to respond after lives have been broken—it is to help prevent exploitation before it begins by building individuals who are difficult to manipulate because they know who they are.
Every program, every experience, and every life we touch is designed to leave people with this unshakable truth:
- You are not an accident.
- You were created on purpose, for a purpose.
- You are loved.
- You have value.
- You have a voice.
- You have a future.
